International Fellowship of Fishing Rotarians
The Board of Directors of the International Fellowship of Fishing Rotarians (the Fellowship) supports the concept of District Chapters as a means of encouraging fellowship and involvement.  As a result, any Rotary District having five or more members of the Fishing Fellowship may apply for Chapter recognition
A District Chapter of the Fellowship (the Chapter) may elect its own officers, assess its own dues and hold its own meetings.  Chapters will be encouraged to report to the Fellowship so that their activities may be noted in our newsletter and promoted on the Fellowship's web site.
Chapters must adopt the Fellowship's By-Laws as their own, and may incorporate and apply for 501 (C) (3) status, should they see fit.
Chapters are required to collect Fellowship dues and maintain a membership roster for the benefit of the Fellowship.  Chapters may assess dues in excess of the Fellowship's dues.
Membership in the Fellowship does not guarantee nor does it require membership in any given Chapter, however, Chapter membership does require concurrent membership in the Fellowship.
Chapter status is annual and shall be renewed at the annual meeting of the Fellowship's Board of Directors.
For more information about Chapter status please feel free to contact us.
